So the last time I did a chicken recipe was my famous Buttermilk Hot Ranch Chicken Sandwich that you guys and gals went crazy for. Now I am back with another easy chicken recipe that I know y‘all will love. Recently foil pack meals and foil pack recipes have been all the rage on Pinterest. So jumping on that wave I decided to create a delicious easy chicken recipe in the form of a foil pack. Foil pack meals are great because you get to prepare it beforehand fold it up in foil and just bake it off in the oven when you’re ready plus its minimal clean up afterward.

This foil pack meal is one of the easiest foil pack meals to prepare with ingredients you already have in your house. You can substitute seasonings to your liking or experiment with new ones to make it your own. However you decide to do it i know you will enjoy it! The basic Foil Pack Brown Sugar Recipe is below.

  • 2 Chicken Thighs
  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • Chopped Fresh Yellow Onion
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Chop your desired amount of yellow onions. Pour olive oil into a bowl and place your chicken in the bowl and make sure the chicken is fully covered in olive oil. In another bowl add the brown sugar, garlic salt, black pepper, and paprika then mix the seasonings together.

  2. On a sheet pan, place a long piece of aluminum foil then take your chopped yellow onions and place them in the middle of the foil. Next take your raw chicken out of the olive oil letting the excess olive oil drip back into the bowl. Then place the chicken on top of the onions and take your seasonings mixture and rub on top of the chicken and bottom of the chicken. Lastly, connect the two pieces of the aluminum foil from top to bottom and side to side and bake in the oven on 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or put in the refrigerator and bake off when you’re ready!

Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

My new slow cooker chili recipe is not only full of flavor but it has a spicy kick to it. This crockpot chili was a family favorite when I cooked in a traditional pot about a week. Most of my family came back for seconds, but to me even though the chili was awesome I rushed it a little bit and it didn’t have time to soak up all those spices and flavor. So I made some modifications to the chili recipe and now it’s off the chain good this time! It has simple ingredients and it’s slow cooked to perfection. Plus it’s a relatively easy crockpot chili recipe compared to the other ones I’ve seen on the internet.

Not only are the kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and ground beef more tender in this slow cooker chili recipe but the spices are more combined and it delivers a powerful southern chili taste. I am confident that this will be one of the best chili recipes you will ever make! Create this slow cooker chili for the game, family functions, party, or anything else and I guarantee people will be asking for this slow cooker chili recipe once they have some.

The slow cooker chili recipe is below! Make sure to share this slow cooker chili recipe with your friends and family on Social Media. Also, a pinnable image will be below so you can pin this chili recipe to your Pinterest boards.
