Chewy Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats
These are the best chewy peanut butter rice krispies treats you will ever taste in your life.
- 4 teaspoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 bag of mini marshmallows
- 6 cups of rice krispy cereal
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Grease your 9 by 9 inch pan with butter or olive oil.
Melt 4 teaspoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the peanut butter and brown sugar and stir until it's fully incorporated. Add the marshmallows to the mixture and stir until they melt completely. Then cut off the heat.
Pour 6 cups of your favorite rice krispy cereal in a large bowl and add the hot mixture to the cereal and mix until it's fully incorporated.
Add some grease to your hands and pour the rice krispies into 9 by 9-inch pan and use your hand to make them even on the top.
Let them cool for 20 minutes and cut into them and enjoy! 🙂
