Macadamia Nut Cookies

- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts add more if you want
- 2 cups white chocolate chips add more if you want
Add melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer on low for 5 minutes until it's well combined.
Add flour, salt, and baking soda to a separate mixing bowl and mix together until it's well combined.
Next slowly add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients a cup at a time. It should create a soft cookie dough.
Once your dough is fully formed and you can't see any more wet ingredients. Add your macadamia nuts and white chocolate and slowly fold them into your dough.
Then put some plastic wrap over your dough and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour or put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your nonstick pan or line it with parchment paper.
Form your dough into a ball and add them to your pan make sure you have 2 inches in between the dough because they will spread.
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and you have a soft fully cooked doughy like center.
Take them out and let them cool on a wire rack and eat them while they're still warm. Enjoy 🙂 !
